She'll be playing Perth, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane

In the next chapter of '90s R&B/hip hop stars remembering Australia exists, seven-time Grammy-winning Toni Braxton — known for a while as the Queen of R&B for megahits Un-Break My Heart and He Wasn't Man Enough — has announced she'll be touring our fine land for the first time in her 25 year career.

She may not be front and centre of every magazine or newspaper but Braxton hasn't been sitting still: she's been working on Season 7 of Dancing With The Stars, her reality show Braxton Family Values as producer and star, a memoir called Unbreak My Heart and even been on Broadway productions such as Beauty And The Beast and Aida. Last year's collaboration album with Babyface titled Love, Marriage & Divorce debuted at #4 on the Billboard 200 and won the pair a Grammy for Best R&B Album.

Braxton says of the tour, "I know it’s taken a while for me to get to Australia, but I promise it’s going to be well worth the wait! I can’t wait to give all of my wonderful fans a very special and unforgettable night."

Braxton will head to Perth, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane this September, playing venues like Perth's HBF Stadium and the Sydney Opera House. There are a few tiers of tickets to cast your eyes over; you can buy VIP pre-show function packages from $395, but the cheapest tickets are from $89.
