Owner Of Your Favourite Beard Chet Faker Will Play East Coast Arenas This October

Melbourne indie electro god Chet Faker will be conquering his biggest Aussie venues to date, having already sold out arenas across New York, LA and Paris.

The man behind the moniker, Nicholas James Murphy, will be headlining Melbourne's Sidney Myer Music Bowl, Brisbane's Riverstage and the Sydney Opera House this coming October/November, bringing his highly acclaimed, chart-topping, Built On Glass, out to play.

The shows will herald a number of songs he's never played live before, as well as a full band with guests and will kick off on Friday, 30 October in Melbourne.

Chet Faker also premiered a groovy new song on triple j — Bend — which you can listen to below. 

He says of the track, "Bend was on Built On Glass until the last minute. I recorded it in 2013 and kinda wanted to put it out since. It's always felt like a part of Built On Glass and since this tour is the sort of live "director’s cut" of the album it made sense to release this before it lost context."
