More Flume More Flume

Aussie electronic wunderkind Flume has unveiled a brand new track on the eve of his performances at the Sydney Opera House for Vivid LIVE's Future Classic 10th-anniversary celebration FCX.

Titled Some Minds, the expansive new track features guest work from Miike Snow's Andrew Wyatt, and comes replete with a gorgeous film clip created at the Opera House itself in collaboration with respected director Clemens Habicht (Tame Impala, Bloc Party, The Presets) and featuring choreography from Australian Ballet member Callum Linnane.

"The last four months have been the longest non-touring period I've had since the album came out a few years ago," Flume - known to his mum as Harley Streten - said in a statement. "I love travelling, but Sydney is my home. It was humbling to be able to make something in a building so iconic. Being inside the Sydney Opera House filming overnight with no one in the building was a real privilege - it has such a presence, so much character. The director, Clemens, really nailed the balance I wanted between the real and synthetic and he has a great eye. It's our love letter to Sydney."
