Speculation begins

The film, based on popular HBO TV show, Entourage is just days away from its release in cinemas, but fans are already talking about a second film or perhaps a new season.

Speaking to the TheMusic about potential future plans for the successful franchise, show star Kevin Dillon candidly said: "I think there could be a second movie."

The actor, famous for playing the always unlucky Johnny 'Drama' Chase believed the TV show could have continued when it wrapped up in 2011.

"I always felt like the show had legs, I felt we could have done two more seasons, so it’s kind of cool that we were able to do a movie."

He says he knows his co-stars felt the same way and that there was talk of more Entourage in the future.

"I still think there’s a lot we could do with these guys, so I know personally I would love to do it and I can speak for all the guys, that we would all love to do it."

Dillon didn't mince words however, saying any new projects for the show would be based on the success of the new movie.

"We need this one to be a hit. We’re proud of what we did and we know we did a good movie, so if people go out and see it and they like it, then there will be a second one."

Entourage hits Aussie screens on June 4.
