JOY. Signs Global Publishing Deal With Universal

Universal Music Publishing Australia has today announced that they have signed Brisbane artist and producer JOY. to a global music publishing deal. 

Universal Director of A&R said of the deal: "JOY. is a special talent. She is a gifted performer, an honest lyricist and a truly impressive producer at just 17 years old."

"We are excited not only for her artist project but also the value she can add to other projects as a collaborator and producer.”

The triple j Unearthed winner will join the Universal publishing roster that already hosts a large number of Australia's biggest talent including 360, M-Phazes, The Veronicas, The Living End and many more. 

JOY. was equally excited about the announcement saying: "I'm super excited about joining Universal Music Publishing, there are so many amazing artists to work with on the roster and the team is rad." 

The singer can next be seen on stage as the support act for The Kite String Tangle and Dustin Tebbutt on their national tour next month.
