British musician and Splendour In The Grass headliner Mark Ronson has announced the guest lineup which he will bring to the country for his shows in July.

Speaking to triple j Ronson boldly declared: "I've got the best band I've ever put together."

He will perform at Splendour and his sideshows with a full live band, including a brass ensemble and backing singers, along with guest vocalists, Andrew Wyatt of Miike Snow, Daniel Merriweather, Theophilus London, Keyone Starr and Kevin Parker of Tame Impala.

Ronson revealed he would not have made plans to return to Australian if Parker was unavailable to do the shows with him.

"I wasn't going to come to Australia and do shows if Kevin couldn't come do shows with us. He's such an important part of this record," he said.

"So that's massive, the fact that we're going to be able to play 'Daffodils', 'Leaving Los Feliz', and 'Summer Breaking' for the first time."

An all Aussie bill has also been announced to perform at Ronson's three sideshows as support acts, which include Pond, Tkay Maidza, Yolanda Be Cool and Jones Jnr.

"These are the biggest shows we've ever played... I'm about to go into the studio and rehearse for like a month just for these shows," Ronson said.
