Don’t even think about it.

If you had plans to bring your selfie stick to Splendour In The Grass, you might be disheartened to learn the festival has banned the item from this year’s event.

Dropping their massive 2015 line-up today, featuring Blur, Tame Impala and Death Cab For Cutie, the festival also released information regarding ticketing, camping and banned items.

Following Soundwave and other events taking a stand against the selfie stick, Splendour has placed the photography accessory on their banned items list, alongside weapons, illegal drugs and animals.

While they have banned the item in the entertainment precinct, they’re still allowed in the camping area.
