Venerated Melburnian singer-songwriter/producer Oscar Key Sung is preparing for the 1 May release of second EP Altruism with the announcement of a celebratory run of shows that will take him across five state capitals in mid- to late June.

Preceding the EP's release by unveiling lead single Premonition and new single Skip (which you can receive immediately as a grat track with any EP pre-order), Key Sung explains that Altruism is a natural broadening of scope and exploration of his ever-widening soundscape, coming off as — in Key Sung's own words — "a bit of a mess" … but a wonderful one nonetheless.

"I suppose I'm just part of this generation of oversaturation, where it's easy to be as influenced by Arvo Part as ou are by Drake," Key Sung said in a statement. "I always wanted to make more hi-fidelity music, for clubs, rooms dedicated to listening and movement."
