Early bird tickets are limited to 100, so be quick

Brisbane's annual BIGSOUND industry conference and showcase has announced that it will be opening registrations and BIGSOUND Live applications for this year's event from this Thursday.

Early-bird tickets are available now — though they're limited to 100, and 2014 delegates have first run at them (check your email if that's you, or get in touch with BIGSOUND to find out how you can secure your ultra-special-early-bird pass, because there are passwords involved).

As part of that deal, members will pay only $350 for their early-bird ticket, while non-members can score theirs for $450 — prices that will rise once those first 100 tickets head out the door, so delaying is not advised.

If you're not sure whether you're eligible under the "members" banner, rest assured you qualify if you're a part of QMusic, AIR, AAM, MMF, IMMF, WIN, IMNZ, AMPAL, WAM, Music Vic, MusicNT, MusicSA, MusicACT, CMST, or CMAA. If you're not sure what all those letters mean, you're probably not a member.

Tickets will include access to all conference sessions, parties, after-parties and live music events.

This year's BIGSOUND event will hit Brisbane's Fortitude Valley precinct from 9-11 September. For more information, see BIGSOUND's website.
