Back with more fire!

Tasmanian experimental music and arts festival Dark Mofo has confirmed its return in 2015.

The event, run by the same team behind the MOFO, will take place once again in Hobart, between Friday, 12 and Monday, 22 Jun.

Dark Mofo will unveil its line-up this April, with organisers hopeful this year's event will push even further boundaries than done in previous years.

"Once again, the Dark Mofo 2015 program will be in search of unchartered (sic) territory and new experiences for the audience. Those wanting to be pushed out of their comfort zones will have plenty of opportunity, and those that don’t will just have to hang on until it’s over," said Dark Mofo's Creative Director Leigh Carmichael.

While we have to wait a few weeks for the program announcement, we do know a few things that will take place throughout the event, including the very popular Nude Solstice Swim, which will happen at sunrise on the final day of the event. Bigger-scale artworks will be on display this time around, late-night ceremonial death dance Blacklist will happen, while organisers are promising a "longer and lustier" five-night City of Hobart Dark Mofo Winter Feast, a new and improved films program and more fire (yes, fire).
