After five years of waiting, indie pop group Belle & Sebastian are finally revealing their newest album called Girls In Peacetime Want to Dance. According to The Music's Brie Jorgensen, this latest offering has "a sparkling energy that resonates right to your fingertips" so make sure you grab a copy when it drops.

Justin Townes Earle Absent Fathers (Warner)

US troubadour Justin Townes Earle will be releasing some new blues and country tunes with his latest offering Absent Fathers. Following his battles with his inner demons, Earle manages to fill this album with memorable tracks. You can have a listen to an exclusive stream of the album here on The Music before it's out officially this week.

Sylosis Dormant Heart (Nuclear Blast)

Four-piece heavy metal band Sylosis are about to release their fourth studio album to date with a set of new tracks to suit any metal-head. These British musicians are stepping away from their ‘nu-trash’ wave found in previous albums and have decided to "intriguingly explored other avenues" according to reviewer Brendan Crabb.

Bringing back the unique indie sound that they are renowned for, The Decemberists have returned with their latest album What A Terrible World, What A Beautiful World. The Music's Pete Laurie said "he only downside is its release date" and it's not surprising when you have a listen to the almost perfect track-list.
