Aussie singer-songwriter Vance Joy has continued his wave of adoration and success overseas, performing on the Conan show overnight.

The Melbourne-based muso performed his massive worldwide hit Riptide on the late-night talk show, following on from his September appearance on Late Night With Seth Meyers. Watch the performance now:

The singer-songwriter, real name James Keogh, has enjoyed considerable success overseas thanks mostly to Riptide, with the song recently moving back into the Billboard Hot 100 top 40. The song has charted all over the world, even landing the number one iTunes position in Oman recently.
