US hip-hoppers take the feature album spot, but plenty of Aussie acts to be found among the playlist additions

The second self-titled full-length from US hip-hop luminaries Run The Jewels, Run The Jewels 2, leads the charge of new music hitting the triple j airwaves next week, netting the honours of being the station's next feature album.

Run The Jewels 2 has garnered strong critical and fan acclaim around the world since its late-October release, with much focus falling on the undeniably strong chemistry between dual rhyme-smith's El-P and Killer Mike.

We'll also be seeing plenty of new goods from Aussie acts around the joint, with Art Of Sleeping (Crazy), Haitus Kaiyote (By Fire), The Lulu Raes (Reputation), Montaigne (I'm A Fantastic Wreck) and Northlane (Rot) all making their way to regular rotation on the playlist, while spot additions go to fellow locals The Belligerents (In My Way), Dylan Joel (Numbers) and Tora (Jaigantic). Pennsylvanian indie kids The Districts also pick up a spot add for 4th & Roebling, with regular spots going to fellow internationals The Avener, for Fade Out Lines, Brodinski, for Can't Help Myself, featuring SD, and Superfood, for Mood Bomb.

Keep an eye out for the new tracks from Monday, December 1; you can pre-emptively acquaint yourself with the locally created deliciousness below the breakdown.
