C.W. Stoneking To Appear At WOMADelaide 2015

Venerated Aussie hokum/blues troubadour C.W. Stoneking may have let the cat out of the bag a little early, so to speak, telling his eager audience at last night's show at The Gov, in Adelaide, that he will be performing at next year's WOMADelaide event.

Although not yet officially confirmed as a featured performer by the industry conference, Stoneking's inclusion to the bill would see him join an existing highly esteemed line-up of acts and speakers including Sinead O'Connor, Balkan Beat Box, First Aid Kit, Neneh Cherry (with Rocketnumbernine) and many more.

Having not long ago confirmed the roster of speakers for their forward-thinking Planet Talks series, the next iteration of the annual event — which is due to be held at Adelaide's Botanic Park from March 6-9, 2015 — is shaping up to sport one of its biggest, most comprehensive programs to date.
