More Azealia Banks More Azealia Banks

The long-awaited and delayed debut album from controversial New York rapper Azealia Banks dropped on iTunes overnight.

The Harlem-raised MC channeled Beyoncé by surprising fans with the release of Broke With Expensive Taste. The 16-track LP, which you can purchase here, features mostly new songs but does include her breakout 2011 hit 212 feat. Lazy Jay.

The album has been a couple of years in the works and has been plagued by a number of issues include a very public split with Banks' former label Interscope/Polydor.

Despite not having full-length album under her belt 'till now, the rapper has garnered a massive profile and fan-base since 212 dropped a few years ago. Prior to Broke With Expensive Taste's release, Banks had put out an EP 1991 and a mixtape called Fantasea in 2012.
