10 October 2014 | 10:00 am | Staff Writer

Have you say right here

If you need more proof that WA yields some of the greatest talent in the country, look no further than this year’s WA Music Award nominees, with Timothy Nelson & The Infidels scoring seven nominations, Coin Banks, The Love Junkies, Kucka and Sable up for numerous awards, and local legends Pond, San Cisco and John Butler Trio also making the cut.

It's been a big year for WA music, and no doubt the results will reflect that fact, with publicly voted categories now open on theMusic.com.au for punters to have their say.

The WAM Awards night is set to go down at Capitol on Friday 7 November from 7pm, with MC Tomas Ford on duties and performances from nominees Sable and Timothy Nelson & The Infidels, and you can grab from Oztix and Moshtix now.

The WAM Craft Awards are also set to go down on Friday 7 from 4pm at State Theatre Courtyard hosted by and broadcast live by RTRFM. Tune in to RTRFM from 5pm on the day for all the action on that one, or stroll down and entry entry plus sets by Lower Spectrum and DJ Craig Hollywood before making your way over to Capitol.
