It's a gosh-darn Carty Party up in here

More Jack Carty More Jack Carty

Sydney-based troubadour Jack Carty has added a whopping twenty-five new regional dates to his forthcoming Esk tour, proudly presented by The Music.

The now-32-show-strong jaunt takes Carty through both Australia and New Zealand, and will get under way from October 11, kicking off at Launceston's Royal Oak Hotel. From there, Carty will still hit previously announced destinations such as Brisbane, Auckland, Perth, Melbourne, Adelaide and Sydney, but will now also take the time to stop in to treat crowds in locales such as Pomona, Toowoomba, Te Awamutu (NZ), Ballarat, Castlemaine, Warrnambool, Dee Why, Bellingen, Cronulla, and several other less-visited hot spots.

If you're unaware, the raison d'etre for Carty's sojourn is to celebrate the release of his imminent full-length, Esk, which is due out via Inertia on September 26. We've already had a couple of early tastes from the album in the form of recent singles The Joneses and Be Like The Water, and by the time Carty takes to stages here and across the ditch from next month, you can expect that those songs, and their set-mates, will be every bit as skin-tingling in the flesh as they are on record.
