Bliss N Eso rapper MC Eso – aka Max Mackinnon – has apologised again for misogynistic images he recently posted to Instagram, which prompted widespread condemnation from the music community.

The vulgar images, involving wax figures of Rihanna and Lady Gaga, were removed from his personal account following the backlash. However that did not stem the tide of disapproval from the industry, fans and fellow rappers.

In a video posted to YouTube Eso says, “I’d like to take this opportunity to apologise again for the completely unacceptable images I posted on Instagram. While I immediately realised that the photos I posted were offensive and expressed my regret at posting them, it is only been through reading people’s comments over the past few days that I’ve come to appreciate just how hurtful and damaging these are to women.”
