More John Butler More John Butler

Sydney-based music publishing house Alberts will represent John Butler’s synching rights in Australia under a new exclusive deal.

The fiercely independent Butler has done the deal through his publishing company Family Music and it covers everything from his 1998 self-titled record to Flesh & Blood, released earlier this year through his Jarrah label and MGM distribution.

Butler’s manager already has ties with Alberts through San Cisco, who he also manages, and said  “We are thrilled to have Alberts take on the representation of John Butler's synch rights for Australia.

“Alberts have proved themselves over the last few years as being exceptional in the realm of delivering music for film, TV and advertising. They pride themselves on being a family business, and it feels great to be bringing John's incredible body of work into this caring environment.”
