Brisbane-based event Mojo Burning is following up last week's announcement of its impending road trip through New South Wales and Victoria with today's revelation of its first-round line-up for 2015's shindig, exclusively on theMusic.com.au.

The fledgling festival has pulled out all stops in securing a worthy roster of acts to please its punters, including the likes of NSW rock vets Gay Paris, Victorian mainstays Redcoats, the blues/roots refrains of the esteemed Claude Hay And The Gentle Enemies, Sydney-bred singer/songwriter Simon Meli And The Widowbirds, Brissy multi-instrumentalist Mojo Webb, fellow Queenslanders Transvaal Diamond Syndicate (who also feature on the Mojo Roadsho line-up), and many more.

Early-bird presale tickets are only $20 and still available for the 2015 event (it'll be $40 at the door, FYI), which hits the New Globe Theatre, in the Fortitude Valley precinct, on March 21 from 3pm for an afternoon/evening of 20 guitar-driven blues, roots, rock and stoner acts to melt your faces across three separate stages.

March's festival will follow up this year's inaugural event, which featured a headline performance from The Fumes, capably backed up by a solid line-up including Marshall O'Kell, Lachy Doley, My Left Boot, The Floors, Guthrie, 2014 road-trippers Frank Sultana And The Sinister Kids, and the apparently ubiquitous Transvaal Diamond Syndicate.

"The vibe earlier this year for the first Mojo was amazing", said festival organiser Christian Tryhorn, of Beats Cartel, in a statement. "All the bands delivered and mixed with the punters to create one hell of a live music experience. We're planning on an even bigger line-up this year, which will feature twenty of the best touring acts in the country. Stay tuned!"

Check the event page for more information, and keep attentive for the final five bands to round out proceedings in the very near future.
