Meredith Music Festival Postpones Online Ticket Sales

A revised date and time will be announced in the near future

The Meredith Music Festival has issued an apology in the wake of having to postpone online ticket sales this morning after the event's website suffered technical issues shortly after tickets went on-sale at 11am.

As a result of the hiccup, Meredith has decided to hold back on opening up online ticket sales until next week. A specific time and day is yet to be announced for the new purchase program, but the festival has clarified that no tickets will be sold over the web today, as well as taking pains to bear responsibility for the tumult.

"We apologise to those inconvenienced and will get details of the new time and date through as soon as we can," festival organisers said in a statement.

"Please note the fault does not lay with Oztix; it was with the Meredith website."
