Bluejuice Sell Out Farewell Dates, Add Extra

With news that everyone’s favourite party-starters Bluejuice would be calling it a day at the end of the year, tickets to their upcoming farewell tour have begun selling out, with Melbourne and Sydney the first to go.

They’re hitting the road this October with a new single for one last hooray, and have added extra shows at The Hi-Fi, Melbourne on Thursday 9 October and The Metro, Sydney on Sunday 26 October.

With tickets in Adelaide, Geelong and Brisbane flying out the door, the band are set to announce more shows on Wednesday morning.

“Our surprised team are out looking for those extra dates. We will announce the shows and details this Wednesday morning, plus shows for Nth Queensland and Tasmania as promised earlier and an under 18's for Brisbane," the band said on Facebook.

“Our conundrum now is adding additional shows. We don't want to annoy our most loyal fans who grabbed the first tickets up but there is also a bunch of perennial fan favourites from the front row who have missed out. So in the balance of things we have decided to add a couple extra dates."

It doesn’t sound like many other dates will be added to the run, so grab tickets quick smart. If you miss out on their second hometown date, they’re looking after the suburbs with a gig at Village Green Hotel in Mulgrave, Saturday 11 October.
