It's truly turning out to be a DMA's kind of year

Sydney-based buzz band du jour DMA's are capping off an astounding week – during which their track Delete was lauded by Blur drummer and radio DJ Dave Rowntree – with the revelation that they have become the newest signees to join renowned European booking agency Primary Talent International.

The signing is just the latest feather in DMA's already nicely plumed hat; the band only made their debut headline east-coast appearances in March this year, but are nonetheless soon to hit this year's Splendour In The Grass Festival in Byron Bay – as well as performing at its official pre-party alongside Interpol, Future Islands and more – before taking on Brisbane as one of more than 80 acts to grace the city's impending BIGSOUND conference.

Primary Talent formed in 1990 out of a merger between the then-existing Station Agency and World Service agency. DMA's will join live artists such as fellow Aussie wave-makers Atlas Genius, Gossling and Children Collide, as well as international mainstays such as Azealia Banks, Ben Folds Five, Basement Jaxx, Imogen Heap, CITIZENS!, Head Automatica, Death From Above 1979 and Daft Punk, in addition to the service's extensive roster of DJs.

The Aussies' self-titled debut EP is available now via I Oh You.
