In which the WA rockers get down and dirty upon sandy plains
Hard-rockin' Fremantle quartet One Thousand Years have released their brand new film clip for their latest single, When The Sun Opens Its Eyes, and we at theMusic are proud to present its first public airing this fine Saturday afternoon.
Directed and edited by Peter Cheng of Acid Flicks and shot on location over two days at Rockingham in Western Australia, the clip features a string of psychedelically tinged quick camera spins and swirls that create the appearance of one consistent, constantly shifting shot for long stretches, all the while backed up by the deliciously gritty snarl of the band's brand of sweet, sweet, dirty rock.

The single is taken from One Thousand Years' new album Get Your Rabbit's Foot And Run, available on their Bandcamp page as a digital download for a miserly $8 (CD format is also available for $15).
