Songstress snags herself an American label, releases Vance Joy cover

Now that demure, dulcet darling Gossling has spread her wings across to the UK and US, it is perhaps unsurprising to hear that she has just announced her signing with US label Nettwerk Music Group, which also looks after Boy & Bear, Passenger and William Fitzsimmons. The label will help the songstress release her debut full-length Harvest Of Gold across the United States.

The album won't drop there until September 23, but to tide Gossling's eager new fanbase over, Nettwerk is releasing a five-track EP on July 1 featuring remixes from the likes of YesYou and Oliver Tank. The exciting news follows her recent signing with the UK's Polydor, which brings the total number of territories in which Harvest Of Gold has been released to more than 20.

Meanwhile, all this growth and change is happening in the background while Gossling completes her sold out national tour with man of the moment Vance Joy, whose chart-blistering Riptide Gossling has covered for herself in an effort that was quickly praised, even landing in the top 10 of Hype Machine's Most Popular chart.

If you're still hurting from the news that the US is getting that special EP, then rest assured Gossling hasn't forgotten about her fans back home, with the announcement of Exploring Harvest Of Gold, a free multi-touch book filled with details about the creative processes behind the songs on the album, behind-the-scenes photos and videos, live performances and music videos. You can get it for iPad and Mac from the iBooks store.

Gossling will also release her brand new single, That Feeling, on Friday, May 16, featuring a special remix by DJ Dylan Aiden that is apparently doing gangbusters in clubs all over the place, if you're into that sort of thing.
