'The Cautionary Tales Of Mark Oliver Everett' is out this week

More Eels More Eels

The new album from indie rock artist Mark Oliver Everett - otherwise known as Eels - is out this Friday but before you get your hands on a copy officially, give the LP a listen here on theMusic.com.au.

The Cautionary Tales Of Mark Oliver Everett - the follow-up to last year's Wonderful, Glorious - was touted as one of the musician's most introspective yet and it doesn't disappoint. The Music's Ross Clelland observed that the record will please the "Eels enthusiasts" with its deep and reflective nature.

"If you're prepared to listen to some sometimes uncomfortable home truths, you'll probably learn something," Clelland commented.
