Hole & Corner is a new event from Fünf Touring and Mushroom’s Illusive

A new “indoor festival” event HOLEANDCORNER is set to be announced tomorrow, with six internationals to lead a “diverse” dance music bill.

The tour, six months in the work, is co-promoted by Melbourne-based dance music specialists Fünf Touring and the Mushroom Group's Illusive. The tour will make two stops, at Melbourne's Shed 14 at Docklands Saturday 7 June and Sydney's Home Nightclub Sunday 8 June, with both events kicking off at 5pm. Pre-sale tickets are on sale for $65 ahead of the line-up announcement.

Today Fünf boss Alex Haeusler told theMusic.com.au that the event is a 50-50 partnership between themselves and Illusive.

Haeusler said that they were hoping to “do a number of these down the track… it all depends on how the public reacts to this one – the line-up's pretty diverse.”

Ideally, they hope the HOLEANDCORNER events take place two or three times a year.

In the past, Fünf have brought out the likes of Moby, Tiga, Hernan Cattaneo, Markus Homm, Jeff Mills and Robert Hood, while they recently worked with Mushroom on the Melbourne Future Music Festival Cocoon after party, which included Sven Vath, Dubfire and Luciano.
