Rolling Stones Sax Player Bobby Keys To Proceed With Tour

It all kicks off tomorrow.

With the postponement of the forthcoming Australian dates for legendary rockers The Rolling Stones, it left a big question mark hanging over the Bobby Keys & The Suffering Bastards tour that was to take place in between the Stones dates around the country.

Fans of the legendary sax man, who has played with the Stones of 40 years, as well as with everyone from Joe Cocker to John Lennon to Warren Zevon and so many more, will proceed with the tour, albeit with a few changes.

The second show at Melbourne's Thornbury Theatre has been moved to Wednesday 26 March from its original date of Saturday 29 (if the new date doesn't suit, you can get a refund from your point of purchase) and the Brisbane show set to take place at the Eatons Hill Hotel on Tuesday 1 April has unfortunately been cancelled altogether. Refunds for that show will be processed automatically.

Keys' band features the likes of Dan Baird (The Georgia Satellites), Chark Kinsolving (Spoonful), Michael Webb (John Fogerty, Poco), Robert Kearns (Lynyrd Skynyrd) and Brad Pemberton (Ryan Adams and the Cardinals). The tour kicks off in Adelaide tomorrow night.
