A mammoth program has been announced for the upcoming St Kilda Festival, with international wave-maker Courtney Barnett, fuzz rock dudes King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, local electro outfit Art Vs Science and soulful ensemble The Bamboos just some of the names to perform across the event.
