More The Butterfly Effect More The Butterfly Effect

Much loved Brisbane modern rock chart toppers The Butterfly Effect parted ways with vocalist Clint Boge last year but have this week started making murmurs about getting back into gear as a band.

Some tour dates have begun appearing on social media and today a media release was issued confirming that the band had signed a management deal with Homesurgery's Tom Larkin (member of Shihad, manager of Calling All Cars, Strangers and Cairo Knife Fight)  and a agent deal with Wildfire Agency's Mark Lackey.

The dates for their return to live stage are below and, while we wish we could tell you more, we really haven't got a clue what is happening. No one has been told who will be taking lead vocals for the band and there has been no word on potential new material. We'll have to wait and see…

The band's Effected DVD went to number one on the ARIA charts upon its release last month.
