Band to drop new album early next year

Melbourne hardcore band Iron Mind have signed to the Resist Records roster for the release of their second – and self-titled – album.

The follow-up to 2011's Hell Split Wide Open, the record was recorded in the Dandenong Ranges with Mike Deslandes, who's worked with Robotosaurus and Coerce, producing.

The band recorded the album late August and the record – which will likely see a vinyl release – is expected to be released early next year.
