We feel giddy.

Having the amazing Billy Bragg is Brisbane for the BIGSOUND music industry conference is exciting enough and news of his Sydney show was pretty cool to hear as well, but we're absolutely besiude ourselves to hear he is one of the three big guns who has announced they will play at BIGSOUND Live this year.

The legendary UK punk poet will perform a set as a part of the already mammoth program and is joined on this final announcement by two of the most incredible acts to ever come out of the humble Queensland capital.

Robert Forster was a major part of the legendary indie pop group The Go-Betweens, one of the most influential bands to ever come out of Australia and a group who are still adored by indie bands all over the planet. He has also forged quite a solo career in his time and remains one of the classiest indie rock performers around.

The mighty Regurgitator have had a pretty crazy career, but they're not the kind of band to start settling down, as their new LP Dirty Pop Fantasy well and truly proves. They've tried their hand at just about every genre of music imaginable and they've nailed it just about every time. They will bring some serious energy to proceedings at BIGSOUND Live.
