Television Announce Australian Theatre Shows

No amount of hyperbole can really do justice to the brilliance of Television. The band are one of the defining rock groups of all time, providing untold amounts of inspiration to alternative rock bands for decades now and they will no doubt continue to do so for decades down the track as well.

They were recently confirmed to be heading to Australia to play at the All Tomorrows Parties Release The Bats event in Melbourne, but they have revealed that they'll play three further shows while in Australia, stopping by Sydney, Hobart and Fremantle while they are here.

Honestly, if you're not aware of the importance of this band and how great these shows could potentially be, we respectfully ask you to go and purchase the Marquee Moon record at your nearest convenience and spend the weekend beginning to understand the gravity of this situation.

The dates are as follows, Ed Kuepper supports in Sydney (awesome) and tickets are available from next Friday 2 August.
