We're ready for a Dirty Pop Fantasy...

More Regurgitator More Regurgitator

Brisbane alt-rock innovators Regurgitator have confirmed details of their eighth album today, with Dirty Pop Fantasy all set for release on Friday 11 September.

The past year or so saw the band revisiting their past with a tour showcasing their debut LP Tu-Plang and its follow up Unit as well as hitting a whole stack of different festivals around the country, from Meredith to the Brisbane Zombie Walk.

In a statement on their Facebook page, the band tell a little about how the album has come about in their own unique way.

“Welcome to another universe in the Regurgitator saga. What started scaling the highrises of Hong Kong, backflipped through the streets of Melbourne then after some much rewarded van time ended up freefalling back through those neon towers to slam back down to presence... and just like some Dirty Pop Fantasy we have album #8 readymade for reality on Sept 11.”
