Do the Aussie hip hop masters have the strength to topple these pop powerhouses?

He managed to top the albums chart despite not getting the number one single that used to be all but guaranteed for winners of reality TV singing contests, but Harrison Craig will face mighty opposition if he wants to hold top spot.

After debuting in the top spot with their 2010 LP Running On Air, Bliss N Eso are looking to make it two chart toppers in a row with their latest record Circus In The Sky. A big pre-release campaign and an almost-sold out forthcoming tour (we have tickets to give away for Sydney and Melbourne) will help them, but it's not just Craig they have to beat.

Hillsong Live has been a thorn in the side of many musicians looking for chart success over the years and with the release of Glorious Ruins, the Christian organisation will be hoping to replicate the huge success of releases past. As if the Christians weren't enough of a worry, P!nk's Australian tour has meant a massive spike in record sales, which ought to see her place well this week (with The Truth About Love and Greatest Hits…So Far!!! also.

Strong debuts are expected from Big Scary, Dream On Dreamer and Ash Grunwald this week as well; all three acts hoping to capitalise on different types of hype that have surrounded each of their respective releases.

Robin Thicke looks to take number one spot on the singles chart for the ninth week, but after a strong push from Avicii and Timomatic last week, ought to be feeling the pressure. Both of those artists are looking to take number one from Thicke this week, while Jessie J's Wild and Samantha Jade's Fire Starter are also well and truly in with a chance of obtaining that coveted position.
