Reps from Google, Rdio, Sounds Australia to speak

Senior executives and management from Google, Sounds Australia and Rdio will speak at the inaugural TILT (Tomorrow's Ideas Leading Today) forum in Sydney this July.

An initiative of the Australian Institute of Music, and presented by theMusic.com.au, the event will be hosted by television presenter James Mathison as the industry professionals argue for 20 minutes each on an idea, innovation or policy they feel passionately about. The talks will then be opened up to the room where attendees can have input.

There will also be an 'industry speed dating' element for one-on-one talks with experts from the fields of A&R, touring, marketing, production and management.

Today's first announcement includes Ianto Ware – National Live Music Coordinator, Sounds Australia, Danny Yau – independent marketing and digital marketing consultant (Foxtel), Colin Blake – CEO Rdio, Rhys Thomas – Senior Agency Manager, Google, Luke Hopewell – Editor, Gizmodo Australia.
