The Mackay festival just keeps getting bigger and bigger.

More Grinspoon More Grinspoon

The second round of acts announced for Mackay's already massive River Sessions festival has been announced this afternoon and organisers should be very, very happy indeed with the acts that they have managed to assemble for the event this year. Check out the first announcement, for Pete's sake!

Heading up the second announcement are Aussie rock maestros Grinspoon; adored by people all across our country for many, many years now, the band are still a pretty formidable force in the live arena and the people of Mackay are going to love having them in town.

Also on the latest announce is Aussie hip hop star of the moment Seth Sentry, fresh from dominating all over the US, winning awards over here and, most recently, turning in incredible performances for Groovin The Moo.

We're pretty sure that New Zealand's Lorde is going to be massive, so Mackay should feel very privileged to have the chance to see her at this stage of her career and we already know the pulling power of Sydney metalcore demons Northlane, particularly after the release of their killer LP Singularity.
