The singer-songwriter goes out in support of Familiar Stranger.

More Bob Evans More Bob Evans

He's played just a short run of incredibly intimate dates and a couple of festivals in recent memory, but Bob Evans is well and truly getting back into the swing of things with the release of his fourth albumFamiliar Strangerset for release on Friday 15 March and a big old tour hitting plenty of spots around the country booked in for April and May.

This will be the first Bob Evans record in four years, with the man behind the moniker, Kev Mitchell, rather busy with Jebediah commitments in recent years. The first singleDon't Wanna Grow Up Anymorewas well received upon its release last year and we're expecting the second singleGoto connect even deeper now that it has been released.

The massive tour that is planned in support of the new album will see Bob Evans in full band mode and will feature support from the hotly tipped Tigertown (except in Cairns and Darwin) and Melbourne master Davey Lane.

The dates are as follows, a fan club pre-sale has just kicked off and the general public can snap up tickets from 9am on Friday.
