The Californian punk rockers will play in all the initial scheduled cities, with the Adelaide gig to be confirmed in the near future.
Teglas left the band soon after the injury occurred back in June, asking original frontman Jim Lindberg to return. Lindberg had moved on from Pennywise in 2009, citing 'creative differences' as the reason for his departure.
The influential group have released ten albums since they formed in 1988. Their most recent effort All Or Nothing was released last year.
