Mama Kin Signs Publishing Deal With Alberts

Alberts' first worldwide deal of the year

Iconic publishing house Alberts has kicked off the new year by signing the publishing of Mama Kin – real name Danielle Caruana – on a worldwide deal.

The Fremantle root artist's published works will be represented and managed by the company, which also signed Unearthed-tipped Jessica Cerro and composer Petra Salsjo at the end of last 2012. They join a roster of writers that includes Urthboy, Gotye, AC/DC, Hungry Kids Of Hungary and San Cisco amongst others.

Mama Kin second album, The Magician's Daughter, will be released Friday 22 February through MGM.
