The band's fifth LP is another massive chunk of riff-heavy rock'n'roll.
One of the most uncompromising kiwi rock bands of all time, The Datsuns, are all set to celebrate ten years since the release of their massive eponymous debut record and they're doing it in the way that suits them best – releasing another ball-tearer of an LP. Death Rattle Boogie is the band's fifth album, though their first in over four years, and it proves that these masters are still in incredibly scintillating form.
We are super proud to be able to give you a chance to listen to the record before its release this Friday (exactly ten years since that first record's release) and we think you'll agree that it's a fucking killer record for anyone who has a soft spot for their feedback-drench, riff heavy brand of groovy heavy rock.
The band launch the record with a series of shows around the country towards the end of the year, so learn all the words and get ready to pump your fists when they smash out these new tunes in the live setting.
