Amamda Palmer
Has come under a bit of scrutiny recently after accusations of her not paying her backing musicians, despite attracting $1 million through crowd funding. One of the most enigmatic and unpredictable performers going around, she's a no-brainer for this crowd.

Death Grips
Also courting controversy recently, they allege that their label shut down their website after the band leaked it to fans – before they'd even presented it to the label. Coming for Big Day Out, they'll bring their hurricane of a live show down south as well.
