The British scallywag will be putting on a few ad hoc shows in our country next week.

More Cosmo Jarvis More Cosmo Jarvis

British singer-songwriter Cosmo Jarvis is heading back to Australia next week on a promo tour in support of his new album Think Bigger, and while he's here he is going to make sure that fans in Sydney and Melbourne get a chance to see him in a suitably unique setting.

In Sydney he will be doing four gigs over the space of five days in fairly unusual spaces, including the courtyard of community radio station 2SER and Bondi's Buckler's Canteen, while Pure Pop in St Kilda will host his only Melbourne performance of the slap-dash tour.

Think Bigger, Jarvis' third record, has already received plenty of solid reviews; good news given that the pressure was well and truly on after last year's big radio hit Gay Pirates. He's not the kind of artist to do things the most conventional way, a quick look at some of his hilarious YouTube videos shows that, and these performances are further proof.
