It's move over Prince and The Voice as Bee Gees storm Catalogue Chart.

The Bee Gees have stormed to the top of the ARIA Catalogue Chart this week following the death of founding member Robin Gibb.

The band's The Ultimate Bee Gees, The Number Ones and Live - One Night Only (all compilations) went one, four and seven respectively in a chart that has been dominated by Prince and judges from The Voice - Seal and Keith Urban particularly. The Ultimate also rose to seven on the overall Album charts, and 17 in the Digital Album charts.

Their DVD One Night Only went second in the Music DVD chart, pipped only by One Direction's Up All Night - The Live Tour, which went six times platinum in its first week.

The titles were also resurgent in America, with sales jumping 339 percent this week. Billboard reports that the group sold 27,000 albums, up from 6,000 the week before. Like here, the most popular title is The Ultimate Bee Gees, which sold 9,000 copies (up 291 percent) to re-enter the Billboard 200 at 49.

It was a quiet-ish week for Australian debuts overall, with American John Mayertaking his first ARIA number one album with Born & Raised. Regina Spektor went nine withWhat We Saw From The Cheap Seats while the first local debut wasJulia Stone'sBy The Horns at 11. Fellow local outfitO'Shea debuted at 39 withMr. And Mrs.

Once again there was a fair disparity in the Digital Album chart though, Julia Stone's album managed 3 there while the Eurovisioncompilation debut as high as five. It only managed 15 on the overall charts.
