Beach Boys & Spiritualized Play TV Gigs This Week
The Beach Boys, Spiritualized and Ed Sheeran are amongst the acts playing TV show gigs this week - and Chit Chat's gone global on Max.
Once again the US talk shows serve up big name music guests on their shows this week, including The Beach Boys, Spirtualized, Ed Sheeran and more.
On Network Ten's Late Show With David Letterman (11.30pm, or later, weeknights), end-of-program performances are this week provided by Spiritualized on Tuesday, Macy Gray on Wednesday, Florence & The Machine on Thursday and Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros on Friday.
On Gem's Conan (11.30pm, Wed-Sat) there's The Lumineers on Wednesday, Ed Sheeran on Thursday, Reggie Watts on Friday and The Wombats on Saturday.
Late Night With Jimmy Fallon on the Comedy Channel (11pm, weeknights) will feature live music by The Beach Boys on Tuesday, Of Monsters & Men on Wednesday and AWOLNATION on Friday.

On the homefront, you can find Children Collide guest programming ABC1's rage on Saturday night while May 19 is The Temper Trap and May 26 features Gang Of Four in the hot seat/couch. Coming up soonish on rage are Kate Miller-Heidke, Dead Letter Circus and Justice.
And Music Max's great little Great Music Cities Of The World series continues on Thursday at 9.30pm. This week, the Chit Chat-narrated show explores London with the likes of Florence Welch, Kaiser Chiefs and Sex Pistols' Steve Jones. Last week's New York ep was surface-scraping but fun, and worth hunting down for Marky Ramone's dis of The Strokes.
