Applications Open For The Seed

The Seed Fund's applications are now open across its three categories.

Applications are now been accepted for arts grant fund The Seed across its three grant categories. The grants, which are raised from donations from those inside the music and arts industries, cover a Management Workshop for managers (up to 25 grants which will cover transport and accommodation), the Publicise It category for publicists (up to three grants of up to $5,000) and the Art On The Street visual artists category (up to two grants of up to $5,000).

There are a number of selection criteria and eligibility guidelines for the grants, which are available on The Seed's website.

The Seed have also announced their five strategic initiatives; performance opportunities at the Falls, Southbound, Port Fairy and/or Reggaetown festivals for artists whose managers attend the workshop; Skinnyfish's up to $18,750 in performance fees for remote Indigenous musicians; Up to $5000 in funding for Bus Bands Bash mentors; the Song Cycles INBOUND songwriting projects and exposure for Aboriginal artists; and Inside Out participatory art project.
