More Particles More Particles

After hitting the music scene just last year, Sydney duo Particles have just released their very first single, Tennis, which is premiering today on theMusic.com.au.

The two-piece rock outfit is made up of Skarlett Saramore (Fait Accompli, She Rex) and Dan D'Arcy, who featured in two groups made up of fellow Sydney musos, DMA'S.

After forming bluegrass/busking band Nightowl with DMA'S guitarist Matt Mason and drummer Lim Hoskins, the trio quickly became a quartet when frontman Johnny Took joined and renamed the group, Little Bastard.

After eventually going their own ways, D'Arcy continued to write and produce music for a year or so before forming Particles with Skarlett and together the pair have delivered a track that is reminiscent of experimental modern, hard and garage rock.
