"He displays his unmatched knack for crafting intelligent, classy, catchy and powerful progressive rock music."

More Steven Wilson More Steven Wilson

Certain artists seem to break all new ground, explore new territory, and do something completely different with every release, while still sounding exactly like themselves and maintaining touch with their existing fan base. Steven Wilson is one of those artists.

His solo works suffer only by comparison to the illustrious heights attained by his former band Porcupine Tree. Viewed in isolation, his solo career is still a triumph, and To The Bone only sees him adding yet further lustre to his own canon. Within its grooves, he displays his unmatched knack for crafting intelligent, classy, catchy and powerful progressive rock music.

The key track is the epic Detonation, but this album is wall to wall quality.
