Album Review: Pierce Brothers - The Records Were Ours

Right off the bat, Take Me Out kills it with its folk-rock guitars blaring while Jack and Pat Pierce's rough but soothing vocals give off the blues and roots vibes.

With nostalgic lyrics and graceful piano melodies Keep In Mind is magical, while Only One is humble, flooding the album with warmth. The Melbourne buskers took their music to the world stage with live track Brother (Live at Paradiso, Amsterdam) and Take A Shot (Live at Sydney Opera House) with singalongs from the crowd, giving the EP a great finish showcasing their raw live talent.
