Album Review: Various - Anthems '90s Vol 2

Does anyone actually miss this music? The second volume in any of Ministry of Sound’s Anthems series is usually a chance to dig deeper into their song selection.

However, this compilation calls into question what exactly their definition of an anthem is. There are the obvious choices from the likes of Fatboy Slim and Groove Armada, but most are fairly unmissable, relics of a past too imbued with memories of Eiffel 65 and Rednex to separate their appeal far enough.

Still, if Rhythm Is A Dancer is your jam you’ll probably love this.
